MISS JAMES IN SYDNEY. SYDNEY, Dec. IS. The New Zealand girl, Miss Esther James, received an ovation yesterday on her arrival at the University Oval after walking 560 miles from Melbourne.

Miss James recently walked through the Dominion with the object of directing attention to the merits of New Zealand made goods, visiting Palmerston North in the course of her travels.
