CHARGES IN ENGLAND.
LONDON, Dec. 18. Tom Mann, the veteran Socialist, and Emfys Llwelly.n, -secretary of the National Unemployed Workers’ Association, who were charged with disturbing the peace and inciting demonstrations, were bound over for a year with securities of £3OO, in default two months’ imprisonment. MEN SENT TO PRISON. Received December 19. 8.45 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 18. Tom Mann and Emfys Llewellyn declined to enter into recognisances and were removed to prison.
