Tlie International Labour Office at Geneva reports that there aro now 30,000,000 unemployed throughout the world, losing wages of normally £4,000,000,000 per year. A special conference has been convened for January 10 to consider how to reduce the number and provide work for some of those unemployed in Vienna.
