HUSBAND’S CRIME.
WIFE AND CHILD PERISH. Received December 21, 1.50 p.m. TORONTO, Dec. 20. At Owen Sound, Ontario, a Coroner’s jury found Melville Wilkey, aged 23, guilty of setting lire to his home, burning his wife and child to death in order to obtain 1000 dollars in life insurance. Wilkey confessed to the police while awaiting trial.
