CRISIS IN RUSSIA.
DEFICIENCIES IN WAGE FUNDS.
LONDON, Dec. 21
The Daily Mail says that M. Stalin, tho Soviet Dictator, is facing Russia’s most serious political and economic crisis. A special financial commission discovered enormous deficiencies in tho wage funds, threatening millions of workers with a cessation of pay. Chaos in tiro national finances is now admitted. Tho people are wrecking M. Stalin’s plans for agricultural and industrial development. Tho newspaper Pravda says that high officials are criminally ignoring the Government’s instructions, and tlie rank and file are absenting themselves from work, so reducing productivity to a dangerously low level.
