ARRIVALS FROM LONDON
PASSENGERS ON RANGITATA. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND ,Dee. 21. There were a number of prominent people among the passengers on the Rangitata, which arrived from London to-day. Sir James Mills, chairman of directors of the Union Steam Ship Company, returned after spending several months in Englnnd. Mr H. White Wickham, of London; Lieut-Colonel G. S. Douglas, of India ; Colonel Sir Philip and Lady Brocklehurst, of England: Major P. Kerr-Emiley, of London; and Lieut.-Commander G. Branson, of London, arrived for the fishing season. Mr C. E. Malfroy, the New Zealand tennis player, who has been at Cambridge University for three years, and Mr H. F. Nicoll, president of the New Zealand Trotting Conference, also returned.
