A man named Warburg sprang from tho upper platform of tho wireless tower which dominates Berlin to demonstrate the efficiency of a parachute designed and made by himself, but the fabric ripped and he fell, being instantly kilted. A friend who™ bj on the platform states that vvar burgh had interested the Aeronautical Be search Institute m ha design, and wished to give a practical demonstration which he expected to lead to a contract, but, being poor, he had made his parachute with inferior material.
