NOTICE is hereby given that the following restrictions regarding traffic will be enforced on Christinas and New Year’s Eves: * 1. That one-way traffic ONLY will be allowed between the white line to be drawn down the centre of the roadway in the Square and the Garden Enclosures. 2. That no parking will be allowed in front of the Shops in the Square. S. That parking for thirty minutes ONLY will be allowed on the stands already appointed on the garden side of the Square, and on the Stand now used by the general Carriers, and in front of the Soldiers* Memorial. 4.
