The Nanking Government is considerably worried over the situation in Jehol province, whence .disturbing reports have been received concerning the Japanese rushing troops to Jehol in addition to organising three Mancliukuo divisions with the purpose of invading the province as a reprisal for the alleged murder of Captain Ishimoto. The Chinese authorities have issued an order to resist the invaders.
