ATOTICE is hereby given that at a IN Special Meeting of the Palmerston North City Council held on Monday, the 12th day of December, 1932, the following Resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council to be held on Friday, the 13th day of January, 1933, at 10.15 a.m. at the Council Chambers, The Square, Palmerston North: — “That the Palmerston North By“laws Nos. 1,3, 4 and 5 be respectively amended and repealed as set “out 'in such Resolution and that “the By-laws set out in such Reso“lution be made and that the short “title thereto shall be “The Palmer“ston North By-Law No. 7.” The said amendments, repeals and By-laws relate to : (a) Traffic within the boundaries of the city of Palmerston North; the control of such traffic; the parking of vehicles, motors and cycles; the painting of bicycle mudguards; the carriage of heavy logs; carrier stands; use v of stands by taxis. (b) Alteration of term of Licenses. (c) Preservation of grass plots in course of preparation; (d) Use of musical instruments, loud speakers and wireless sets. (e) Removal of unnecessary culverts. (f) Installing bicycle stands and control thereof. (g) Control of dogs. (h) Water service pipes. (i) Use of firearms at Tiritea Watershed Reserve. A Copy of such amendments, repeals and By-faws is deposited at the office of the Town Clerk, the Council Chambers, the Square, Palmerston North, and will be open to the inspection of the Public during office hours from 4th JANUARY, 1933, to 13th JANUARY, 1933 (inclusive).
