WRESTLER INJURED.
UNABLE TO CONTINUE. Per Press Association. ASHBURTON, Dec. 28. The newly formed Ashburton Wrestling Association held its first contest last evening. The principal bout was an eight-round professional one between Harold Price (Australia) and Len Naylor (Auckland). The men were evenly matched. The bout had a strenuous beginning. In the sixth round Price made a flying leap at Naylor, who dodged, resulting in his opponent going through the ropes. He fell heavily, sustaining slight concussion, and was unable to continue. Naylor was declared tfc) winner.
