Received December 30, 12.55 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 29. The Lord Mayor attended the Church Army’s Christmas entertainment in the Guild Hall to twelve hundred children —the result of contributions from New Zealand school children.
The procession of red-robed civic dignitaries included Father Christmas, whose gown disclosed everyday “pius fours.”
