PLAGUE OF WORMS.
A plague of worms appeared recently at Kenmore, New South Wales, at night, and, according to the residents, the ground for several hundred yards was covered with millions of them.
They appeared near Kenmore School, where they were said to be so thick that a car driven by Mr L. Kelly, of Kenmore, skidded on the road. There were still some worms to be seen at daylight, but within a few hours of sunrise they had disappeared.
