A FRESH STORM.
WIND-SWEPT JAMAICA. KINGSTON (Jamaica), Oct. 2. A tropical hurricane, moving at about 50 miles an hour, swept over the western end of Jamaica on Monday, paralysing communication facilities and leaving the remainder of the colony in a state of anxiety as to the extent of the damage.
