VISIT OF MR F. MILNER,

C.M.G. Mr If. Milner, C.M.G., rector of Wailaki High School, who as a New Zealand Rotarian was invited by Rotary International to the United States for the purpose of addressing the recent World Convention of Rotary at Boston on the subject of International Relationships, arrives in Palmerston North to-morrow afternoon by aeroplane. ' At 3 p.m. ho will address the pupils of the secondary schools and Standard VI. of the primary schools and lie will subsequently receive a welcome from the Waitaki High School Old Boys’ Association. In the evening, Mr Milner will be tendered a reception, in the Roseo Rooms, by the Palmerston North Rotary Club, in conjunction with the Rotary Clubs of Napier, Hastings, Damievirke and Wanganui, and will give an address on international affairs. He addressed an audience cf 3000 in Auckland on Monday evening, when his references to the present conditions made a profound impression on those present. He lias since addressed a meeting in New Plymouth, and will speak in Wellington on Friday.
