The Chamber of Commerce building at Williamson, Western Virginia, United States, is constructed entirely of coal. The' town is in the centre of a vast coalfield. The public are not admitted to a Court which sits almost every day in London. This is the Patents Court, and it hears cases involving thousands of pounds.
