TRAIN HELD UP.

SHANGHAI, Oct. 4. Another bandit outrage occurred in Japanese-controlled territory. A train proceeding to Newcliang was held up by a large force under a notorious chieftain, Suhai, who has eluded capture for several years. ‘ The bandits fired a volley at the train, killing one and wounding 23 passengers seriously. Afterwards they looted the train, taking 20 persons as hostages.
