NON-STOP FLIERS.
DESCENT AT KARACHI

CALCUTTA, Oct. 5,
The French non-stop fliers, Assolant and Lefevre, landed at Karachi at 6.50 this evening (Greenwich time; owing to an insufficiency of petrol.
Attempting to break the CodosRossi long distance record, the French fliers Assolant and Lefevre left Oran (Algeria) on October 4 at 5.45 a.m., hoping to reach Rangoon non-stop. Their machine was carrying 1900 gallons of petrol.
