MANAWATU COUNTY- COUNCIL. PUBLIC Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Manawatu County Council held at Sanson on Tuesday, 12th September, 1933, the following resolution by way of Special Order was adopted:— “That in exercise of tlie powers conferred on it by the ‘Noxious Weeds Act, 1928,’ the Manawatu County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of special order that the plants mentioned in the Schedule hereto (being plants mentioned in the second Schedule of the said Act) are Noxious Weeds within the county of Manawatu.” Schedule Prickly Pear (opuntia, any species), Fennell -(foeniculum vulgare).
