MILK GRADING.

CURD TEST ENDORSED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 6. The following resolution was passed practically unanimously at a grading conference of dairy factory managers of M&nawatu, Hawke’s Bay. Bush and the Wairarapa districts to-day : “That this meeting heartily endorses the action of the Dairy Division in making the curd test a necessity in the grading of milk for cheesemaking, as, from practical experience in the use of it, it has been and still is of the greatest assistance in determining the quality of milk for cheesemaking purposes.*’
