LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
THE BUDGETARY SYSTEM. (British Official Wireless.) Received October 7, 11.38 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 6. The British delegate’s criticisms of the League of Nations budgetary system made at yesterday’s sitting of the Assembly’s Fourth Committee were directed not at the details of the Budget, or at the activities of the but merely on the method of budgeting. The Secretary-General and chairman of the Supervisory Committee have now undertaken to study the subject in the light of the British delegate’s remarks.
