BRITISH GOVERNESS. REREL ACCUSATION. (United Press Association—By Electric Tolegraph—Copyright.) Received Juno 28, 11.15 a.m. SANTANDER, June 27. A message from Vittoria says that an official insurgent statement records the execution by the Basques at Bilbao of .Miss Brebie Boland Lyons, aged 57, a governess born in Ireland, who for the .past 37* years had been employed in the household of the Count do Zubiria. Despite her protests that she was a British subject with a British passport, she was shot, together with four members of the Zubiria family. MINISTER ALLEGEDLY SHOT. Received June 2S. 11.15 a.m. SANTANDER, June 27. Official circles report that the Basque Minister of Health (Sonor Espinosa) and two companions, who were captured when their ’plane made a forced landing at Zarauz, were shot by the rebels, and the French pilot and mechanic imprisoned.
