The question of neutral observers on the control ships will also be discussed. If time permits, the committee will resume the discussion on the volunteer* question, particularly the British offer £o facilitate an early start of the withdrawal. SPEECH BY HERR HITLER. CAN PROTECT THEMSELVES. Received June 28, 11.25 a.m. WURZBURG (Bavaria), June 27. Herr Hitler, addressing 200,000 Nazis, said that he was always ready to make an experiment. He referred to the London Control Commission, saying that when the attack was made against the Leipzig Germany expected to see the functioning of international solidarity and demanded a joint demonstration. The result had proved to Germany what to expect if she entrusted her fate to international debates.
