Charged with carelessly riding their machines through having their hands in their pockets, three cyclists, Colin Conevbeer, John Clark Loudon and Max'"Wheatley, were each fined 10s, with 10s co6ts, in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., remarked that it would be cheaper for them to buy gloves. The bov Nolan Jury, of 16 "Waldegrave Street, Palmerston North, who met with an accident a month ago at Paraparumu, is now getting on well, as is his sister.
