CHRISTIAN SCIENCE CHURCHES.

“Christian Science” was the subject of the Lesson-Sermon in all Churches of Christ, Scientist, on Sunday. The Golden Text was Isaiah 11:9: “The earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” Among the citations which comprised the Lesson-Sermon were the following from the Bible: “And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching ill their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.” (Matt. 4.23.) Also the following passages from the Christian Science textbook, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures,” by Mary Baker Eddy: “Our Master taught no mere theory, doctrine or belief. It was the divine, principle of all real being which He taught nnd practised. His proof of Christianity was no form or system of religion and worship, but Christian Science, working out the harmony of Life and Love.” IP- 26.)
