PROSPECTS FOR SERIES. The Bank of New Zealand (produce department) haw received a cable message from its London office, under date June 25 stating that the prospects for next sales, which commence on July 6, are doubtful. It is generally expected that prices for Merinos will decline Id per lb.: fine crossbreds, id 1° Id P er lb.; and medium and coarse crossbreds will probably remain unchanged.
