MEETING AT AUCKLAND. DISCUSSIONS ON POLICY. Per Press Association. ALCKDAjND, June 28. The Premier of Victoria (Hon. A. A. Dunstan) who represen Led lus State at the Coronation and the conference of the Empire Parliamentary Association, arrived by the Niagara from Vancouver after five months abroad. He was met by the Acting-Premier of \ ictoria and Minister of vVater Supply and Electrical Undertakings (Hon. r. E. Olu) and was welcomed on behalt of the New Zealand Government by the Minister of Internal Affairs (.Hon. \V. E. Parry). The meeting of the two Victorian Ministers at Auckland was arranged to allow them to discuss certain policy matters on the return trip across the Tasman in readiness for the opening of the Victorian Parliaments on July 6 They spent to day in conlerence, and on the way back will also consider the case Victoria will present at the Loan Council, which will meet in Canberra on July 15. Beiore their departure by the Niagara, the two Ministers will be the guests of the New Zealand Government at luncheon. 'the Government will be represented by Mr W. E. Parry. BROTHERS MEET. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 28. Two brothers, prominent in Australian affairs, met for a brief period in Auckland when they arrived by transpacific liners travelling in opposite directions. Hon. A. A. Dunstan (Premier of Victoria) reached Auckland by the Niagara from Vancouver after five months abroad and was met by Mr J. S. Dunstan, Brisbane, who had arrived earlier in the day by the Monterey on a trip from Sydney to the United States. Mr J. S. Dunstan resumed his journey by the Monterey late in the afternoon and Mr A. A. Dunstan will sail for Australia tomorrow.
