FOREIGN PEN FRIENDS.
GERMAN ENCOURAGEMENT. Received June 30, 8.5 a.m. HbRLIN, June 29. The campaign to encourage schoolchildren to visit and correspond with other countries is increasing enormously. A total of 6900 went abroad last year and 26,000 regularly correspond with foreign children, including 2600 who write to friends in Britain.
