MESSAGES FROM SAMOA. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 26. Messages that have passed between Hon. F. L.'ingStone and the actingAdministrator of Samoa, also Mr Langstono and Chief Tamasese, show that the position at Apia is normal. The police do not expect further disorders. In a message to Mr Langstone, Chief Tamasese expresses retrrets and repeats the desire of the Samoans to co-operate with the Government to maintain peace and goodwill between Samoan and European citizens.
