MONSOONAL RAINS.
SHIP’S TROUBLES AT BOMBAY. Received Julv 27. 8.5 a.m. BOMBAY, July 26. Monsoonal downpours are holding up the loading of cargo boats. The Naldera was compelled to leave 899 tons of cargo, and the mail bags, which are usually craned on to the ship, had to be carried up the gangway by coolies.
