ATOTICE is hereby given that at_ * -M Special Meeting of the Pohangina County Council, held on the 14th day of July, 1937, the following resolution was passed, and will bo submitted for confirmation at the ordinary meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Pohangina, at 10.30 a.m. on AVednesday, the 11th day of August, 1937, namely: That in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Noxious - Weeds Act, 1928, . the Pohangina County Council hereby resolves and declares by way of Special Order that Goat s Rue (Galega officinalis), being a plant mentioned in the Second Schedule to the said Act, is a noxious weed within the County of County Clerk.
