NEW BRITISH MINESWEEPER LAUNCHED.-Great Britain's latest minesweeper, H.M.S. Leda, is shown as it was launched at Devonport. As the ship slid gracetuLLY down the slipway to the sea, a model swan on a long festoon was cast over the bows, following the naming of the ship in association with Greek mythology and the Swans which were pets of the Goddess Leda.
