AVOODVILLE, July 29. Mrs AA T . Miller, of Kumeroa, is on a holiday visit to friends. Mr and Mrs G. Hartridge, of Woodvillc, arc on a visit to Wellington. . Mr R. Dew, of Woodville, who has received a position in Fcilding, was farcwelled by the Salvation Anny recently. In asking Mr and Mrs Dow to accept an oalc occasional table. Captain L. Miller expressed every good wish for the departing members’ happiness and success. The monthly meeting of the AVoodville District High School Committee was presided over by Mr R. R. Johnston. The chairman stated that, although no official advice had bcon received from the Health Department regarding the distribution of milk at the school, arrangements wore in ! hand for tho scheme to bo put into operation at the Pawatawa- and AVoodville i schools. .Some definite information would i be placed before the next mooting. The successful tenderer for the scheme at l Dannevirke bad in view the inclusion of 1 : tho Woodvillc district in his distribution. 1
