OFFENCE BY FRENCHMEN. PARIS, July 29. International repercussions are _ expected as the result of the Spanish insurgents sentencing to death two Frenchmen. According to the journal Le Jour, the Frenchmen were allegedly found in a frontier village carrying tubes of typhoid germs. They are reported to hav_e confessed that each received 100,000 francs to scatter the germs behind the insurgent lines. General Franco is stated to have delayed the executions pending the establishment of an international tribunal to consider the case.
