Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of llie Mana■vviatu County Council to a Meeting to be held at the County Offices. Sanson, on the 10th day of August, 1937, under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925,” and “The Counties Act, 1920, and “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926,” to make and levy (1) A General Rate of ono penny and nine-sixteenths of a penny U 9-16 d) in the pound on the Rateable Value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Manawatu. HOSPITAL RATE 1937-38. (2) A Hospital Rate of one halfpenny (id) in the pound on the Rateable Value (being the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the County of Manawatu. Such General and Hospital Rates to be for a period of one year from the first diiy of April, 1937, to the thirtyfirst day of March, 1938, and shall become due'and payable in one sum at the County Offices, Sanson, on Monday. the 23rd day of August, 1937.
