ORDERS FROM TRANSVAAL. Received July 31, 8.5 a.m. PRETORIA, July 30. Because of the increasing fear of pests from overseas, the Department of Agriculture has banned the entrv ot live worms, shellfish, fish, centipedes, fleas, beetles, frogs, reptiles, birds, rodents and even goldfish and gtiineapitrg which require a special permit, 1,.,t 'dogs and certain other pets are exempted, subject to stricter quarantine. The entry of rabbits was previously prohibited.
