CLOUD INCREASING. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, July 31. An anticyclone is now moving on to the northern extremity of tho Dominion, while a. shallow westerly depression extends from south-eastern Australia across the south Tasman Sea. Forecast: Light to moderate northwesterly winds, freshening somewhat. Weather for the most part fair, hut with increasing cloud and later occasional rain in and west ot the ranges. Seas slight to moderate but increasing.
