SPRINGBOK DANCE.

To the Kia Toa Football Club has fallen the honour of helping to entertain tho South African footballers during their stay in Palmerston North. On tho evening following the Manawatu v. South Africa match tho club is holding its annual dance and the Springboks are to he the guests of the ovening. The dance is to be held in the Coconut Grove Ball Room (formerly the l)e Luxe Hall) which has been specially •decorated by the management and these decorations in themselves will well repay attendance at the dance. The Kia loa Club functions are always popular with dancers and with a biff influx of visitors to the eitv on tho day the ballroom will no doubt be taxed to its utmost. Dancing will commence at 8.30 p.m.
