FEILDING SALE. Daigcty and Co., Ltd., report on their Foilding sglo held on Friday: Heavy entries of shoep came forward. Our offering comprised some splendid lines of fat ewes, which sold under keen competition with a firming of 2s per bond. Fat wethers and hoggets also met with a sound sale. Breeding ewes, of which the quality was mostly good, sold under strong- competition, the market being In favour of vendors. A full yarding of both ewe and wether received widespread competition, and there’ was a decided hardening tendency. The boef yarding contained several lines of run cows and heifers, which sold to n steady demand; tho quality was not finished. Dairy beef sold firmly on previous sales. Store cattle, principally Jersey cows, met with a strong sale. Tho whole entry of dairy cattle of mixed quality wore freely competed for, anything close to profit mot with a very sound salo.
