AMERICAN AIR LINER. (United Press Association-—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received August 4: 1.45 p.m. MONTREAL. Aug. 3. In connection with the discovery of fhe submerged air liner in the Canal Zone, a Navy flier found wreckage consisting of a fragment of an engine 20 miles from Colon breakwater. He came down to the water and taxied to the wreckage. It is not believed that the occupants have survived, although it is hoped that they may have been picked up by other searchers. The passengers included two United States Department of Commerce aviation attaches, a woman and two children.
