Pressure is very low to the south and southward but high over the western and northern portions of the Tasman Sea, an intense anticyclone still being located over Australia. Forecast: W'esterly winds, strong to gale force, backing to southerly. Weather fine at first but 6con becoming cold and changeable with passing showers and possibly hail in places; seas rough.
