Received August 6, 11.55 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 5. Tho question of repatriation of the Basque refugee children in tho United Kingdom has been discussed between the Foreign Office and the National Joint Committee’ for Spanish Relief in view of reports that the conditions in Bdbao will shortly be sufficiently normal for the children to return home. Matters, however, are somewhat complicated by the fact that many of the parents have left Bilbao and are scattered in other parts of Spain.
