GOVERNMENT’S AIMS. LONDON, Aug. 8. A Valencia message says the Minister of Justice announced that the Government wag resolved to make liberty of worship, which was a constitutional principle, a reality. Anti-clericalism could not be prevented in the early stages of the civil war, hut the Government was now reopening the churches as speedily -as possible.
