BENEFITS FOR THE BLIND. Received August 11, 11.40 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 10. Lord Nuffield lias given £35,000 towards the cost of talking books being produced by the sound recording committee of the National Institute for the Blind and St. Dunstan’s.
