GENEALA, Aug. 13.
Replying to questions at a private session of the Mandates Commission, the British Colonial Secretary (Mr AV. orm6by Gore) is understood to have stated-that the existing Palestine mandate could bo carried out only with the help of the militarv. which Britain was unwilling to employ.
