ARMS FOR CHINA.
CZECHOSLOVAKIAN PUiICHASE. VIENNA, Aug. 17. It is reported that the Chinese Finance Minister H)r. Kung) recently visited Prague and concluded a £10,000,000 credit with Skoda Steelworks (a big Czechoslovakian armament concern). It is stated that the contracts include the supply of weapons and gasmasks.
