WUHU RECAPTURED.
CHINESE CLAIM. Received January 21, 12.5 p.m. SHANGHAI, Jan. 20. The Chinese are reported to have recaptured Wuhu. A message from Tientsin states that ten Chinese gunmen entered the home of General Itu, a former guerrilla leader in Manchuria, and finding him absent shot dead his nephew and injured two others,
