(From Our Own Correspondent.) RONGOTEA. Jan. 18. There was a hurried scramble to get out-of-doors on Tuesday afternoon when an earthquake shook Rongotca with sufficient violence to dislodge goock from shelves in the stores, stop clocks and create a general feeling of alarm. A sustained rocking motion was followed by a severe bump, which fortunately subsided without doing further damage.
