BOYCOTT URGED.
MOVEMENT IN IRELAND. LONDON, Jan. 21. The labour council executive of the Irish Trade Union Congress is calling on constituent members to boycott Japanese goods. A deputation will be sent to the Minister of Commerce (Mr Sea.ti Lemass) asking him to prohibit their importation.
