BOMBING INCIDENT.
ON FRENCH FRONTIER. Received January 24, 12.40 p.m. PARIS, Jan. 23. Fourteen rebel ’ planes dropped, bombs on the French side of the frontier, damaging an infantry shelter. They also bombed Puigcerda, killing and injuring many, and causing panic among the populace.
